In 2009 we restored and converted the derelict farm buildings to provide the perfect retreat for family or friends sharing. The Cottage, Barn and Dairy sleep 10 to 14 guests over 5 bedrooms, with generous communal spaces to get together and ample space outside to spread out. 

Ty Coch is a self-catering holiday let with hotel quality beds, linen, towels and toiletries.

The original farmhouse is ideal for a larger family or designated minders of the children’s dorm, it sleeps 4 or 6 over 2 bedrooms.

The sitting room is a great place for evening gatherings with a bottle of wine or a glass of Penderyn Single Malt by the log fire.

Formerly the milking parlour, this building suits sleeps 4 over 2 bedrooms.

With bi-folding doors opening to a spectacular sea view and a 14 foot dining table - this is a space where people like to hang out and is the space where most of the gathering happens.

The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for the whole gang and there’s a dinner bell to summon them when it’s time for tea

Ty Coch is a haven for wildlife and a place of peace and tranquillity where you can relax and recharge and the children can run wild.

The low tide reveals a large sandbank which is perfect for paddling and swimming or poking around amongst the rocks.
